In recent years he has enjoyed a 2:1 interview to offer ratio, an average 4-week time-to-hire ratio and can boast a placed candidate tenure of 3-4 years in comparison to an industry average of 18-24mths.

Jason ran the Interviewer Skills Elevation Program and 1:1 coaching for the team and we cannot recommend his training and services enough. Jason spent time and effort to understand the appropriate level and type of training required and set clear learning outcomes. He was able to customise the coaching and program offering to suit. I couldn’t recommend Jason enough if you’re looking to up skill a team on interviewing technique.
